General Terms of Sale

Purchase conditions and commercial terms for the Okaoo app.

1. Preamble

These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTS") govern the sales of the Okaoo mobile app and its related services, provided by Brice Mourlon, sole proprietor registered in France under SIRET number 89074421200022 (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller").

These GTS apply to all purchases made via the Apple App Store for the Okaoo app.

Important: The commercial transaction (payment, billing, refund) is managed by Apple Inc. via the App Store. These GTS complement Apple’s terms and clarify aspects specific to our app.

2. Products and Services

The Seller offers the following digital products:

Features included in the Premium versions:

  • Access to all app features
  • Cloud sync via iCloud
  • Priority customer support
  • Regular updates included
  • Full offline mode

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices are listed in euros (€) including VAT. They are valid at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.

Payment: Payments are made exclusively via the Apple App Store, under the following conditions:

  • Payment via credit card, PayPal, or App Store credit
  • Secure payment handled by Apple
  • Automatic billing for monthly subscriptions
  • One-time payment for the Lifetime purchase

Automatic renewal:

  • The monthly subscription renews automatically each month
  • Renewal can be canceled in the App Store settings
  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • No refunds for partially used periods

4. Order Process

Orders are placed directly within the Okaoo app or via the App Store:

  1. Select the desired plan (Monthly or Lifetime)
  2. Confirm the purchase via Apple interface
  3. Authenticate (Touch ID, Face ID, or Apple password)
  4. Payment validated by Apple
  5. Immediate activation of Premium features

The order is considered final once payment is confirmed by Apple.

5. Delivery and Access

Digital delivery: Access to Premium features is activated immediately after payment confirmation.

Access terms:

  • Automatic activation in the app
  • Sync with your Apple ID account
  • Access on all your iOS devices connected to the same account
  • No physical delivery required

Access issues: In case of activation problems, contact our support at contact@okaoo.app with your purchase receipt.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations on digital content:

Free trial period:

  • 7-day free trial for the monthly subscription
  • Cancellation possible at any time during the trial
  • No charges if canceled during the trial

After purchase:

  • Refunds are managed by Apple according to their policy
  • Refund requests can be submitted via reportaproblem.apple.com
  • 14-day withdrawal period for EU purchases (under conditions)
  • The Seller may also consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis

7. Warranties

Operational warranty:

  • The app operates as described
  • Compatible with iOS 15 and above
  • Regular updates to fix bugs
  • Technical support available

Satisfaction guarantee:

  • 7-day free trial period
  • Refund possible within 30 days (reviewed case-by-case)
  • Responsive customer support

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues related to the user’s device, internet connection, or unauthorized app modifications.

8. Customer Service

Response times:

  • Premium users: within 24 hours
  • Free users: within 48 hours
  • Technical emergencies: prioritized

Support types:

  • Help using the app
  • Technical issue resolution
  • Subscription questions
  • Refund requests

Apple: Payment, billing, and App Store refunds
Okaoo: Technical support, app features, customer satisfaction

9. Liability

The Seller's liability is limited under the following conditions:

Limitation of liability:

  • Liability limited to the amount paid by the user
  • Excludes indirect or consequential damages
  • No liability for App Store-related issues

Force majeure: The Seller is not liable for events beyond their control or force majeure.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These GTS are governed by French law.

Dispute resolution:

  • Priority given to amicable resolution
  • Mediation possible via the European ODR platform
  • French courts have final jurisdiction

Consumer protection: These GTS do not affect consumers' legal rights.
